3rd Line Support Lead | Leeds | £35,000 - £45,000

Excellent opportunity for a current 3rd line support lead to join a fast-growing and well-established technology company specialising in the development of a range of innovative products that solve real world problems!

As well as leading the 3rd line support team, you will be responsible for reviewing current and implementing new processes to ensure customers receive a seamless experience. You will be working across both the support and technical teams to ensure clear communication and problem management.

Other Responsibilities: 


  • Management of product releases and updates
  • Liaising across Support, QA and Development function to deliver service improvement 
  • Mentoring and training 1st and 2nd support technicians in ticket handling, technical thought process and general problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience leading a 3rd line support team
  • Excellent problem management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills



  • Experience working as a product or application expert
  • Experience of change management and release management of new implementations and upgrades
  • Experience in a management or experience of coaching and mentoring junior staff members
  • Experience of working with Development and QA teams to ensure applications are performing to their optimum level and any bugs or problems are managed.
  • Technical expertise in operating systems and database querying
