Business Developer – IN4 Talent – MediaCity / Manchester
£40,000 base salalry + commission - OTE £80,000

The IN4.0 Group is a successful skills and recruitment group whose activities include training, IoT / Cloud Consultancy and IT Recruitment. We have partnerships including Amazon Web Services, GCHQ, Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Vodafone Digital Innovation Hub and Unity Game Engine. IN4 operates HOST – an Innovation Hub to a collective of over 100 of Manchester’s Tech companies on behalf of Salford City Council at Media City. A new and exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced IT Recruitment professional who enjoys client development to join us. Connecting with a wide range of existing partnerships you will provide vacancies for the expert recruitment delivery team to fill.
This role would suit an existing IT Recruitment Business Development Manager or a 360 degree IT recruitment Consultant with a penchant for the client side and a desire to progress into management.
The Role
  • Leveraging existing exclusive partnerships and building on an established group brand and network
  • Working directly with the main board of Directors, you will have access to senior executives, HR teams and hiring managers within target clients across the North West of England
  • Support clients with their talent agenda, which includes Diversity and Inclusion, CSR, Skills Academies, and professional recruitment solutions, where you provide a full turnkey solution for customers
  • Effectively capturing client’s requirements and passing them back to the Delivery Consultants in the Delivery Centre in Media City
  • Consulting with customers to ensure success by influencing recruitment processes, timeframes, service levels and reporting on progress
  • The goal will be to provide vacancies, which are committed, with direct ability to support the recruitment process, predominantly focussed in tech and engineering start up and scale up businesses within the Greater Manchester area
About You
  • Experience of working in an IT Recruitment agency, either as a recruitment consultant, business development consultant / manager, Client Consultant or similar.
  • The role would suit either an existing Client Consultant / Business Development Manager, or a “360 degree” IT Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the client development / client meetings side of the business.
  • Good client skills - enjoys meeting and collaborating with customers and attending events, passionate about investing time with customers to support their businesses.
  • Previous success in winning new business in IT recruitment, and in nurturing and sustaining those customers into successful, exclusive accounts.
  • Hungry for personal and career development, ambitious and seeking to support a business as it scales
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service, focused on long-term client relationships and not just immediate wins.
  • Excited by innovation and technology and keen to immerse yourself in developing your network in the Manchester Tech Community.
  • Able to self-manage and work autonomously.
  • Hard-working with an honest, ethical and consultative approach.
