Estate Consultant - 3 days a week – Norfolk – c£50,000 pro rata
 
New role combining estate management with strategic advice to leadership team on development, acquisitions, oversight etc…
 
Essential Skills and experience required
  • Senior Estate management experience
  • Experience in managing an estates function/team
  • Budget management experience including forecasting, controlling spend, generating efficiencies 
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of both public and private sector
  • Norfolk property management market experience
  • RICS Qualified 
Duties of the role
  • Providing advice and delivery on property portfolio to senior leadership team
  • Advising on health, safety and environment
  • Landlord and tenant development
  • Rent and rent review management
  • Capital development
  • Estate management and development
To provide professional property advice and support to the Leadership team to inform their decision-making process in all property matters including:
  • Developments and Acquisitions
  • Reviewing methods and performance of the operational teams
  • Monitoring live property issues/cases/projects
  • Having a critical oversight on strategies and developments
