Facilities Coordinator - Norfolk - £25,000 to £30,000 
 
Skills and experience you’ll need:
  • Recent Batchelors Graduate
  • Whilst experience in a facilities, estates or property management role is welcome, applications are invited from any recent graduate who has worked in a people-facing administrative role and who would like to develop a career in property / facilities management.
  • Examples of relevant experience may be lettings management, estate agency, procurement, business administration etc…
The role:
 
Working within a major Norfolk Business Centre (several hundred acres / multiple tenant businesses) you will develop facilities management skills which will combine liaison with the business tenants and a range of monthly property / facilities compliance testing and maintenance coordination which will include:
  • Health and safety
  • Fire Safety checks
  • Cleaning check and liaison with cleaning companies
  • Dealing with maintenance teams
  • Meter readings
