Skills & Experience
  • Providing technical support to users of Finance / HR / Payroll systems (e.g. Finance Management, HR Team, Accountants etc…)
  • Previous experience with a finance or ERP / MRP system
  • Ability to provide Business as Usual (BAU) systems support to finance / HR team, along with involvement on new projects (upgrades, implementations etc…)
  • Experience in gathering requirements from the business and in supporting and training of new systems and system enhancements after implementation
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel reporting / Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driving licence is essential (role is Manchester based with occasional travel to satellite offices)
