Graduate Customer Success Specialist / Account Manager - £25,000 to £30,000 – Huddersfield
Our client is a well-known and highly regarded technology company, which provides a market leading Software product (SaaS) to clients predominantly in the public sector. A new role has been created for a Customer Success Specialist / Account Manager as they grow their footprint both in the UK and internationally.
The Package:
  • Salary in the range £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience

  • Remote working currently but may be a requirement for 1-2 days in the office after restrictions have lifted.
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Role and responsibilities

Responsible for providing an end to end, seamless customer journey, key duties will include:
  • Working to improve customer success from onboarding through to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries about the product, conducting online software product demonstrations and subsequent sign up and onboarding for new customers.
  • Ensuring customer experience is of the highest quality through implementing an effective customer feedback and feedforward loop.
  • As part of this role, you will be the custodian of your customer data in the CRM, providing regular metric updates to the Customer Success Team Leader and Senior Leadership Team.
Skills / Experience
  • Degree qualification essential
  • Abilty to be both commercially and consultatively aware as well as highly passionate and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer success processes.
  • Experience in a Customer Success / Sales / Account Manager position for a SaaS / software product solution would be of preference, but is not mandatory as our client is open to looking at candidates from different backgrounds. Our client may look at candidates from a Customer Service background.
  • Able to become a product specialist and to help customer with exploiting all the relevant software features within their organisation, to ensure customer success and licence renewal.
  • Able to communicate excellently over the telephone and to also be comfortable to deliver online training.
  • Experience of Software products / SaaS into public sector is desirable.
