Langham Recruitment are working with an innovative digital agency who produce cutting edge digital products for the pharma and healthcare sectors. The Implementation Manager will play a key part in ensuring that their products deliver industry-leading solutions to the customers.

  • To act as the central point for managing client implementations, ensuring their experience a seamless onboarding journey as well as act as the ambassador for the brand
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders inputting client requirements to the product roadmap and development sprints
  • To plan and communicate the onboarding process to clients
  • To coordinate development tasks and verify deliverables
  • To address problems that arise during system implementation
Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing fast-paced high-pressure projects.
  • Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in a pharma / healthcare sector
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary in the range of £25,000 - £30,000
  • Fully remote role with options to use modern office space in Hertfordshire or Norwich if preferred
