Project/Programme Manager – IN4.0 – Media City – Up to £36,500 + bonus – Remote working

You might be a Project Manager, Programme Manager or Account Manager currently. What we are looking for is someone who can walk through the door from day 1 and pickup a portfolio of projects, create relationships internally and externally and manage this programme of work so it can expand and deliver value to the local community.
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Managing the design and delivery of Industry programmes, pulling on and bringing together the expertise and experience of IN4.0 and its team members to produce high quality plans
  • Coordinating team resources to deliver high quality content (this includes discussion documents, programme designs, programme plans, external facing materials and more in PowerPoint and Word)
  • Leading day to day Industry programmes activity, including action trackers, risk logs and programme plans
  • Proactively utilising creative problem solving and critical thinking to overcome challenges in programme delivery, taking accountability of programme objectives and risks
  • Maintaining oversight of programme activities, mobilising resources proactively in order to deliver well organised and planned events and activities
  • Supporting the Director of Programmes in quality assuring materials in line with organisational standards
  • Delivery of presentations to programme participants where required
  • Coordination of resources, such as speakers, workshop leads and mentors, instructors, partners, industry experts and more to support in the delivery of programmes
  • Working with the Director of Programmes to think strategically about future opportunities, and then mobilising the operational tasks to take advantage of these opportunities
Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience of scoping and leading programmes focused on either innovation, business growth, or transformation
  • Track record of building sustainable relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience of generating a vision, establishing direction and motivating people
  • Awareness of different approaches to programme design, programme management and programme delivery
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple programmes and initiatives
  • Ability to rapidly mobilise programmes of varying sizes, and managing resources across various workstreams whilst delivering on time and on budget
 
The role is based in Media City and would be 3 days per week onsite. Salary is up to £36,500 depending on experience with a financial bonus on top.
