Delivery Consultant  – Tech Recruitment – Norwich / Remote – “180 degree” Recruitment Consultant role with no business development.


It’s been a busy 18 months since Langham Recruitment opened for business in 2019. We’re in 3 offices and have established a successful 180/180 business with our Norwich-based UK Delivery Centre and our growing team of regional Business Developers. Through a series of Joint Ventures and Partnerships, Langham Recruitment has become exclusive recruitment partner to an exciting range of tech start-up and scale-up communities across the UK.
 
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in the Norwich Delivery Centre in a “180 degree” Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant role. Applications are welcome from Recruitment Consultants from any sector who would like a busy candidate delivery / sourcing role. There is no new business development.
 
Salary / Benefits / Resources
  • Salary range - £20,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience and current salary).
  • Great commission - zero threshold – 15-30% bandings - it has been realistic for people who have joined Langham in the last year to be earing £2,000 to £3,000 a month in commission within 6 months of joining.
  • Benefits - 23 days holiday with accrual up to 28, Auto-enrolled pension, incentives
  • Flexibility – Standard hours 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday); 8.30am to 3.30pm Friday – flexibility / variation can be offered
  • Remote Working – all our consultants are working remotely at the moment. Its working well for us and will continue after the pandemic

We don't follow the standard model of "find a job / fill a job" recruiters. Consultants in our Norwich Delivery Centre focus purely on recruiting top talent for our clients nationally, with no distractions. 
Our regionally based Client Relationship Managers meet 25+ clients a month and speak at meet-ups / events at Innovation Centres across the UK.
We believe in offering a mature and flexible approach to work to our staff, to offering great service and delivery to our clients and to offering a professional experience to our candidates.
 
About you
  • You will have 12 months+ recruitment consultant experience (tech market preferred but not essential)
  • Genuine desire to move into a Delivery Consultant role managing a busy desk, filling a variety of IT / Engineering vacancies.
  • Capable of effectively working multiple and diverse vacancies and interview processes across the whole of the UK at any one time.
  • Able to follow a clear recruitment process,
  • Able to work to customer deadlines, working with urgency and focus on delivering a high standard of service.
  • Able to work in an environment of self-management, where you set and deliver against your own plan, with the support of your manager.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail - able to produce high quality and detailed documentation e.g. advertisements, process documents, professional CV Front Sheets, compelling Inmails and social media.
