System Implementation Manager - £35,000 + fuel and food expenses when staying away from home. National, field based with UK-wide travel and overnight stays through the week.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a System Implementation Manager to join their growing team. System Implementation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the System Implementation Specialists are aligned and consistently working in line with expectations during the rollout phases of any project and ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved

Day to Day Activities:

  • Support a team of System Implementation Specialists to ensure the smooth running of the implementations while maintaining the role as a coach and mentor on site
  • Ensure the implementation targets and deadlines are achieved via strong reporting and resource mapping.
  • Be the face of transformation and the main point of contact for all stakeholders in the business
  • Manage, coordinate and onboard new acquisitions onto core systems and processes.
  • Using your process and system driven skills you will be tasked with driving forward the new rollout of a new business system, but also to support the businesses ongoing Digital Transformation.
  • You be the face of transformation and work with a diver range of stakeholders, working as part of a fast-paced dynamic team, responsible for ensuring the end users are aligned and consistently working in line with expectations during the rollout phases of any project and ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Transformation being implemented and all related systems
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience managing fast-paced high-pressure projects. (implementation experience desirable but not essential)
  • You must have previous experience of managing/supervising a team
  • Commercial project experience.
  • You'll understand the core functions of a project and have a good understanding of the principles of project and change management.
  • Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines while working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Motivated and driven to succeed while working in a geographically disparate team.
  • This is a national role where you will be away from home in the week.
  • Full UK Driving License
