Delivery Consultants

Location – Norwich City Centre / Remote working

Salary – dependent on experience + uncapped commission

Role in brief

“180 degree” Recruitment Consultant role with no business development. You will be responsible for managing vacancies passed from our regional client relationship managers, managing the full life cycle of the vacancy, sourcing candidates using the best recruitment technology (bullhorn, Paid Job Board Advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Databases etc…), arranging interviews and managing the process through to placement.

Our Delivery Centre based in the heart of East Anglia is looking for recruiters who want a warm desk and a friendly environment, recruiting for some of UK’s most innovative and exciting companies. We operate a 180 / 180 model so that our people can specialise and be undistracted, solely focussed on finding the best talent for our clients.

What we are looking for

  • Previous Recruitment Consultant experience.
  • Genuine desire to focus on Delivery.
  • Capable of effectively working multiple vacancies and interview processes across the whole of the UK at any one time.
  • Able to work to customer deadlines, working with urgency and focus on delivering a high standard of service.
  • Methodical and able to provide a consistently excellent recruitment process to clients.
  • Self-managing and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - able to produce high quality and detailed documentation e.g. advertisements, process documents, professional CV Front Sheets, compelling Inmails and social media.

Business Developers

Location - UK Wide / Remote

Salary - dependant on experience + uncapped commission

We are hiring the below areas.

Scotland / North East / Yorkshire / Manchester / Midlands / East Anglia and Cambridgeshire / Home Counties / South Coast / M4 Corridor / South West

Role in brief

  • Developing the Langham Recruitment brand in your locality.
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers - meeting client companies to understand their products and plans, attending meet-ups, webinars and events.
  • Promoting Langham Recruitment’s products - Permanent and Contract / Freelance recruitment, Partnership Agreements, Funding for Freelancers, Joint Ventures, Recruitment Subscription services and Video Interviewing.
  • Capturing client’s vacancy requirements and passing them to the Delivery Consultants in the Delivery Centre.

What we are looking for

  • Previous Recruitment Consultant experience.
  • The role suits either an existing Client Consultant / Business Development Exec, or a “360 degree” Recruitment Consultant who enjoys the client development / client meetings side of the business.
  • Good client skills - enjoys meeting customers and attending events, passionate about investing time with customers to support their businesses
  • Previous success in winning new business in recruitment, and in nurturing and sustaining those customers into successful accounts.
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service.
  • Able to self-manage and work autonomously and remotely.
  • Hard working with an honest, ethical and consultative approach.
  • Good written communication - able to produce high quality Social Media, Presentations, Progress Reports etc…
  • Drivers licence
