Role in brief

You will be responsible for placing IT, Embedded and Engineering professionals in their next contract and permanent.  You will be responsible for managing vacancies passed from our regional relationship managers.  You will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the vacancy from finding candidates, to arranging interviews and managing the customer recruitment process.

You will be developed and have day to day access to our team, who’s track record includes have been global top billing Consultants and Directors for a renowned global plc recruiter.

Role in brief

You will be responsible for meeting Langham's customers in your local region.  Daily responsibilities including building relationships with new and exisiting customer and meeting candidates and clients onsite.  

What we are looking for

At Langham we want to connect with our customers.  To do this, we believe that a local focus to local business will be key to building strong relationships with both our candidates and clients.

We think that’s nonsense, and that’s why we are looking to develop a strong network of committed Regional  Relationship Managers, who are based close to the heart of our clients. 

You will be responsible for being the face of Langham, building rapport with some of the most innovative and forward-thinking customers in your local area.  You will be required to have excellent customer facing skills, have superb listening skills and provide insight, advice and solutions to customers who want to grow their talent base in your local area.

Your will be offered a market leading commission structure, the best delivery on your requirements and the latest recruitment and sales software to ensure you stay connected with your customers and your base camp.
